Thai Boxing & Kick boxing
This class will give you the skills to look & moves like a fighter.
All Thai & kickboxing techniques will be practiced and delivered in a high intensity training session that will provide physical and mental improvements.
From bag work, pad work to moving around the boxing ring, you will gain some of the best stand up fighting & fitness skills as well as having an adrenalin rush!
These classes are flexible to your needs. Sparring is entirely optional and conducted in a controlled environment.

MMA- Mixed Martial Arts
MMA classes are similar to our Thai boxing classes however MMA classes include throws, takedowns, grappling.
From bag work, pad work to moving around the boxing ring, you will gain some of the best stand up fighting & fitness skills as well as having an adrenalin rush!
These classes will have you pumped; you will leave with some complex skills to continue improving,
Techniques are taken from multiple style including Sambo, Jujitsu, Brazilian Jujitsu & wrestling. We also incorporate stand up striking skills.
